Founded in 2001 by Ted Robinson (VMD), Unique Seminar Destinations was created to offer participants more than just outstanding continuing education. We give veterinarians the opportunity to bring family and friends along, combining learning with relaxation and travel. In 2017, Ted passed the baton to Yoon Chay (VMD, 2012) to continue providing these exceptional experiences.

Our meetings are held at unique and inspiring destinations. Seminar vacations include engaging with local culture, sightseeing, and, often, joint meetings with local veterinary organizations. This allows participants to connect with peers internationally and make lasting professional and personal connections. All of our CE lectures are fully RACE-approved.

Beyond our standard one-week winter seminar vacations to warm destinations such as the Caribbean Islands, St. Lucia, Costa Rica, and Mexico, we have also hosted longer trips to extraordinary locations including the Galapagos Islands, Iceland, Cuba, Peru, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, England, and Ireland. In fact, we were the first CE company to hold a joint meeting with the Cuban VMA.
