Traveling to St. Lucia
Participants will fly from various cities in the United States to Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) on February 6, 2027. Ground transportation can be provided from the airport to the Royalton Resort at additional cost.
Departure for home will be on February 12th or 13th, 2027, following a six to seven-night stay.
If you would like us to arrange an airport transfer upon arrival in St Lucia, please complete the registration form to arrange airport pickup and drop-off service.

Christina L. Marino, DVM, Diplomat ACVIM
Internal MedicineDr. Marino received her veterinary degree from The Ohio State University and is an avid Buckeye (O-H!). After veterinary school, she completed a small animal rotating internship at North Carolina State University, followed by a small animal internal medicine residency at the University of Pennsylvania. In 2016, she became a board
certified Small Animal Internist by the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine. She has worked for multiple specialty hospitals including academic teaching hospitals as an internist and ultrasonographer, as well as at general and emergency practices as a wellness and emergency veterinarian because she really does enjoy all aspects of veterinary medicine. She started her own mobile business in 2017, Small Animal Veterinary Specialists, providing mobile internal medicine consultations and diagnosticsto general and emergency practices in all places she has lived - her most favorite was New York City. She has lectured locally for general and emergency practices, stateveterinary medical conferences, and destination continuing education sites ensuring afun atmosphere for learning. She has published many scientific papers and is actively engaged in research with urolithiasis and thyroid disease, always trying to test newtheories for diagnostics and treatment of her patients. While she likes all things inveterinary medicine, including surgery (say what?!), her passion lies with feline medicine, bone marrow diseases, intestinal dysbiosis, and anything with the kidneys.
When not in the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their 3 cats, cooking, playing video games with her husband, traveling, and watching anything that will make her laugh.
Shelby Reinstein, DVM, MS, DACVO
OphthalmologistDr. Shelby Reinstein, MS, DACVO is a board-certified ophthalmologist residing in the beautiful area of Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Dr. Reinstein obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and Master of Science degrees from Kansas State University in 2008 and completed her fellowship and residency in Ophthalmology at The Matthew J. Ryan Veterinary Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in 2013.
In 2022, Dr. Reinstein founded the Vet Vision Center in Lambertville, NJ. The VVC is a boutique ophthalmology specialty practice which provides both small animal and equine ophthalmology services to the Tri-State area and beyond.
Dr. Reinstein has a passion for continuing education and has been teaching ophthalmology to general practitioners for over 10 years. She published The Guide to Clinical Ophthalmology, a handbook for general practitioners, and contributes hundreds of hours of online education through VETgirl. But she is most proud of her family – her husband, Dr. Garret Pachtinger, their son Nash, and mini poodle Pickles!

Services Provided: Unique Seminar Destinations provides professional continuing education lectures and issues CE certificates upon successful completion of the program. At the client’s request and upon receipt of the designated fee, Unique Seminar Destinations will arrange airport transfers; however, the actual transportation service is provided by third-party vendors and is subject to the liability limitations stated above.
Itinerary Changes: In the event it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well-being of the passengers, or for any reason whatsoever to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operators. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passengers; conversely, a refund will be made to the passenger if any savings is effected thereby.
Reservations: The right is reserved to withdraw any or all tours should conditions warrant, and to decline to accept or retain any passengers as members of the tour.
