    What's Included

    The seminar vacation package price includes 2O hr CE lectures, accommodations, taxes, baggage handling & gratuities, all meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner), unlimited drinks, including liquor, beer, tropical coolers, house wines, soft drinks and all resort taxes, gratuities, service charges and all activities mentioned below. Airfare is NOT included.

The right is reserved to withdraw any or all tours should conditions warrant, also to decline to accept or retain any passengers as members of the tour..
    All fares are subject to change due to space availability, fuel surcharges, tariff regulations, currency fluctuations, final itinerary and departure taxes.

    Traveling to Antigua

    On February 12, 2022 participants will fly from various cities in the United States to Antigua (airport code ANU). A bus or van will transport participants from the airport to the hotel. Departure for home will be on February 19th.

    Dr. Shelby Reinstein / Ophthalmology / 10 CE hrs

    Dr. Shelby Reinstein, DACVO is a board-certified ophthalmologist residing in the beautiful area of Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Dr. Reinstein obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and Master of Science degrees from Kansas State University and completed her fellowship and residency in Ophthalmology at PennVet. Dr. Reinstein spent 7 years in clinical practice at a large, multi-specialty hospital, during which time she provided care to thousands of pets and performed hundreds of vision-saving surgeries. Dr. Reinstein has a passion for continuing education and recently published the Guide to Clinical Ophthalmology, a handbook for general practitioners. She writes articles for Clinician’s Brief, Today’s Veterinary Practice, and is the ophthalmology consultant for the leading online CE company, VETgirl.     Dr. Robert Kennis / Dermatology / 10 CE hrs

    Bob Kennis received his DVM from Michigan State University in 1989 and completed his residency in 1993. In 1996 he was recruited by Texas A&M University as a clinical instructor and completed a Master’s degree in the field of veterinary immunology. In 2005 he moved to Auburn University and holds the rank of Professor. He is currently serving as Section Chief of Medicine and Acting Department Head of Small Animal Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Kennis is a diplomate of the ACVD and the past president of
    the AAVD. He has presented numerous continuing education seminars at the state, national and international levels. He has received several teaching awards including the Pfizer Distinguished Teacher award at both Auburn and at Texas A&M, and the Texas A&M Association of Former Students’ distinguished achievement award. His research interests include food allergy, endocrine alopecia, and feline bacterial infections.

    Seminar registration (additional fee)

    • $375 for veterinarians who will receive printed lecture notes, which will be provided on the first day

    • $350 for veterinarians who will download lectures notes from this website when available (Late Jan 2022) 

    • $175 for recent graduates(2017 and after), veterinary technicians and working spouses. 

    • This fee is applicable to those registered with the group. Seminar fee for those not registered with the group is $850.00.

    $750 deposit per adult is required to reserve a room.
